MANUAL SPEED CONTROL
The mixing speed of the Patto Pro can be individually controlled using the switch for mixing levels 1-10,
located to the right of the running time display.
PAUSE FUNCTION
Pause the current blending process to add more ingredients or to clear a blockage in the blender container.
1. AUTOMATIC DETECTION OF THE MIXING CONTAINER
The sensor of the mixing detects whether has been correctly attached. It also detects whether the standard mixing container or the tri-set is being used. The rotation speed us adjusted accordingly.
2. OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The motor stops automatically if the blades become blocked die to resistance.
3. OVERHEATING PROTECTION
As soon as the motor detects overheating, it stops automatically. Overheating can occur if the food in the blender is too solid or if there is too little liquid in the container.
